Es Canar, a family destination

The eastern coast: beaches in Ibiza for families
Ibiza has wonderful beaches to take the kids along the coast. The eastern coastline boasts quiet shores where the kids can swim safely and play with the sand. A few good examples are, besides Es Canar, the coves and beaches of Es Figueral, Cala Llonga, Cala Llenya, Cala Martina, Cala Boix and Cala Nova, but for this last one you have to pay attention to the lifeguards’ recommendations as there can be ebb currents. But besides these beaches, the eastern coast also provides fun activities for kids, like the street market in Cala Llonga on Thursdays, outdoor cinema sessions organised occasionally on that same cove, the organic farm of Can Muson or the ziplines of Acrobosc.
