Relax on the stunning coves and beaches

The island has over 50 beaches and coves of all types along its coastline: with all the services, unspoilt, remote, nudist, family-friendly... With their crystal-clear waters and gently sloped seabed these beaches are like natural pools, perfect for snorkelling, children games, long chats in the water, kayaking and many other water sports... You can enjoy them from a sun lounger or explore them from the water on a private boat trip (ask at our front desk if you’d like to hire a boat in Ibiza).

Explore the island by car

Hire a car and discover Ibiza’s Mediterranean beauty along the coastline and inland. Drive along secondary roads and discover traditional farming landscapes inland dotted with vineyards, olive trees, fig trees, carob trees and almond trees. You can also admire its unique traditional architecture through its the fortified churches in Ibiza and traditional country houses.

Relish superb food

The island offers excellent, varied types of restaurants: local and traditional, Mediterranean, creative, Italian, French, Peruvian, Mexican, Japanese, fusion, Asian, vegetarian... If you came over to Ibiza in your 20 and 30s, you must have seen people in their 40s and 50s having as much fun because Ibiza’s nightlife has always been open to all ages. So now it’s your turn to prove that there’s no age limit for a fun night out! And there’s no need to wait until two or three in the morning, some parties start in the evening, like Children of the 80s (Hard Rock Ibiza) and WooMon (Cova Santa). There’s also the parties with music everyone loves –especially those who aren’t fans of electronic music– like Glitterbox (Hï), Flower Power (Pacha) and Namasté (Las Dalias). Lío Ibiza and Club Chinoise are another two clubs that are very popular among people over 50. And if you like live music, visit Teatro Ibiza in the city of Ibiza.

Have a drink in Ibiza

There are so many places to go for a drink and enjoy the pleasant Ibizan summer evenings. In Santa Eulària des Riu, for example, you can go to the promenade and the marina, while in Ibiza city there are plenty of places to have a drink in your 50s, in the Marina Botafoc area or in the old harbour, especially around the promenade, the Parque square and on Mare de Deu, Passadis and Alfons XII streets. And let’s not forget Sant Antoni and its sunset, which you can admire while having a drink at one of the famous cafes and restaurants along the bay, like Café or Kumharas Ibiza, among others.
