Since we reopened our 4-star hotel in Es Canar in April, our guests have been enjoying our new services, like our courses and workshops, Pilates sessions and new exhibitions by Spanish and foreign artists. And we’ve also given a bit of makeover to some areas and have two new additions to enjoy at both our pools: the Day Pass and a new cocktail list.
New details to make your stay even prettier
If it’s not the first time you’ve come to our hotel for your holidays in Ibiza, you’ll have noticed that some spaces have been given a bit of a makeover this year:
- Wallpaper on the main walls in our rooms and suites.
- Small vertical garden to make one of the spots on our back terrace even more luring.
- Infinity pool at the back.

New cocktail list
At cocktail time, check out our refreshing temptations at our Pool Bar or the Lounge Bar. Our new list includes the usual mixes everyone expects on a summer cocktail list (daiquiri, mojito, caipiroska, pina colada, bloody Mary…) plus a few special creations:
- Ánfora cocktail: hierbas ibicencas liquor, palo liquor, gin and ginger & lemon.
- Frozen Cucumber & Mint: Bacardi, cucumber, mint and lemon.
- The Devil: tequila, Cointreau and ginger & lemon.
- Fashion Victim: tequila, peach, lemon, mango and Curaçao.

And if you don’t feel like alcohol but still want a refreshing mix, choose from our list of alcohol-free cocktails and our delicious smoothies, with the classic options plus a few specialties:
- Protein: banana, peanut butter and cinnamon-infused milk.
- Oreo: vanilla ice-cream and Oreo biscuits.
- Mango-Lassi: cranberry, mango and Greek yoghurt.
- Detox: orange, pineapple and matcha tea.

Our pools are open to all our guests and also visitors who wish to enjoy a relaxing day by the pool. With our Ánfora Pool Day Pas you will have access to both pools, the gym, a sun lounger or Balinese bed and a private shower. The day pass is €30 per person and includes the same amount in credit to buy drinks or food from our snack and cocktail lists. Ánfora Ibiza: your 4-star hotel in Es Canar
If you’ve never stayed at our hotel, you should know that it’s perfect for travellers who wish to enjoy the peaceful postcard-pretty Ibiza with its crystal-clear waters, delicious food, hippy street markets, traditional white-washed houses, country landscapes... Our hotel is in Es Canar, a quiet holiday village on the eastern coast of Ibiza, very close to Santa Eulària des Riu and only 20 kilometres from the island capital. In its vicinity, you’ll find some of the most stunning beaches on the island, such as Cala Nova and Aigües Blanques, as well as the famous street markets of Las Dalias and Es Canar (the old Hippy Market of Punta Arabí)
