ISO 9001: a certificate that provides continuity
This is not the first time that the Ánfora Ibiza Hotel obtains this quality certificate as the hotel already had this endorsement these last years. However, the entire remodelling process carried out in 2017 has upgraded our hotel in Ibiza from 2 stars to 4 stars and this meant a new application to confirm that the Ánfora Ibiza Hotel continues to offer quality management systems in line with the ISO 9001:2015 international standard.
Quality assurance for customers
The ISO 9001 standard shows our capacity to provide products and services effectively, meeting our customers’ needs whilst observing the current regulations. With this, the guest is assured that the hotel has a suitable quality management system and that they will benefit indirectly from the ongoing improvement process that this standard fosters as well as from the boost of staff motivation and engagement it provides. Being awarded the ISO 9001:2015 certification is the first step taken by the Ánfora Ibiza Hotel on its new journey as a 4-star hotel to obtain other certificates that will endorse our best practices in other areas and actions, including energy management, eco-friendly practices, the appropriate promotion of its products and the reliability and prestige of its accommodation.
