What is the Ibiza Sabor food event?
This food event is organized during the spring and autumn to foster and highlight Ibiza’s food and cultural heritage, which is not only seen on the plate, but also in the landscape and customs of the Ibizan villages. The event includes a series of conferences for chefs and professionals along with workshops and talks for the general public.
Besides these events, Ibiza Sabor offers visitors the chance to enjoy Ibiza’s food through delicious special menus at a fixed price of €25 (drinks not included). A total 54 restaurants take part this year all over the island and 15 of these are in the village of Santa Eulària des Riu, very close to Hotel Ánfora Ibiza.
