Every morning we hand-make our own granola and a selection of homemade cakes and pastries, prepared daily by our team.
The buffet features a wide variety of fresh fruit, vegetables, cheeses, cold cuts, artisan breads, cereals, nuts and hot dishes, as well as a comprehensive selection of coffees, teas, juices, cava and plant-based drinks.
With all our guests in mind, we also offer gluten-free breads and other options, as well as lactose-free alternatives, so that everyone can enjoy breakfast according to their preferences and needs.
Our show cooking area completes the experience with tortillas made to order and other freshly prepared dishes, always using fresh, high-quality ingredients.
